Au d\u00e9but du XIIe si\u00e8cle avant J.-C., le palais fut d\u00e9truit par un incendie.<\/p>\n<p>En 1939, K. Kourouniotis localisa le site du Palais. Le professeur Carl Blegen, de l'Universit\u00e9 de Cincinnati, fouilla la zone. Apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9claration de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, les fouilles reprirent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le Palais de Nestor est un site arch\u00e9ologique organis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il s'agit d'un ensemble de plusieurs b\u00e2timents avec un total de 105 appartements ou autres locaux au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e.
